Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and use Riffsticks lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that collection records are accurate.

Your content

You retain ownership of the descriptions, notes, and collection records you submit. You grant Riffsticks a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. At launch, image selection uses temporary links to provider-hosted references rather than an image-upload service.

Market information

Every estimate should be read with its source label, range, confidence, and date. Marketplace data may be delayed, incomplete, withdrawn, or subject to provider terms. We will not knowingly relabel active asking prices as completed sales or use a provider for unauthorized valuation analytics.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overwhelm, or bypass access controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Do not use Riffsticks to misrepresent authenticity, provenance, ownership, or sale value.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features and cannot guarantee that every market source or estimate will remain available. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before a claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.

Termination and contact

You may stop using Riffsticks at any time. We may suspend abusive or unlawful accounts. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@riffsticks.com.
